About me:

I am interested in facilitating spiritual community that has room for a diversity of religious perspectives, and is able to build and incorporate nurturing rituals that help us envision and create a world where every one can claim a place and contribute.

I am trained as a pastor in the American Baptist tradition, with educational and other experience in a wide range of protestant perspectives. I am drawn to Buddhism and Taoism, as well as connecting with and beginning to study Judaism.  I have background in different 12 step programs and find some of those ideas informing my vision of real spiritual community.

I still am active in a Methodist church, and yet, true to one of the symbols that came through with my reiki master attunement, I find myself being a bridge between that church, other churches, and individuals and groups for whom church is not life-giving.

I invite other Gaia members to share their experiences of  community that help in connecting with Source, Spirit, the Divine, the Holy, whatever imagery and naming that works, inside and outside and around the edges of traditional religions.
